How to order
The order process is as follows
1. Place your order via our Webshop
2. Our Technical support team will call you back and talk you through the information required in order to customise your hotspot to meet your own specific requirements. This will include portal page graphics, your logo and advice on tariffs.
3. The system will then be pre-configured to your requirements, tested and then shipped to you ready to go.
4. When you receive the shipment then you can self install it. In the unlikely event that you do need assistance then our help desk will be pleased to take your call.
